In the nearby village Ånäset, (7km) with approx. 200 residents, you can find a supermarket, bank, filling station, and coffee/restaurant and bus station. The connection to the E4 main route offers a direct route to Umeå (60km) in the south and Skellefteå (approx. 70km) in the north, thus ensuring excellent transport links as both major towns have airports within an hour’s drive. (Locally based snowploughs ensure that there is access to the property itself and surrounding roads at all times.)
With airports in both main towns, the area is serviced by numerous airlines and provides several services to Stockholm (SAS & Norwegian Air), which acts as the country’s international hub.
